    Love the t.v. the picture is beautiful. It actually lokks like the people are standing right in the room with you. The remote is a bit difficult. Its small and lightweight, not a horrible thing but it keeps getting lost in the covers. And there is no numbers i had to watch youtube to learn how to use the volume and change the channels. I still cant get tge subtitles off need to watch another video. Im sure like most things ill get used to it. It definitely wouldn't sway me from purchasing the t.v. we love it.

    Exactly what I would have expected from an entry-level model by Samsung, my first. Connectivity and picture controls are great. I don’t use the slick remote as I find it touchy and have better use of my time than to learn it and don’t use smart features as I use fire stick. With adjustment the sound is serviceable at best and picture quality is good, not great. These are the reasons it gets four stars instead of five. It’s a pricy step up to higher level models and not sure it would be worth the extra cost.

    Like everything except the volume is not strong at all you can turn up to 100 and still have trouble hearing clearly.

    Worked great for two years. Sound control is malfunctioning. Does not respond for sound to go up not down, tried through speaker, samsung smart app and remotes control. Other than that no issues, plenty of space for streaming apps.
