Few to no problems with the software/menu. First time buying a smart TV for myself but overall I am happy. Only 4 stars due to the sound quality being more on the average to poor side, nothing to write home about. I would recommend getting a soundbar (which I will be doing) regardless of the TV you have, but I find it extremely necessary with this one.

The young installer was courteous, knowledgeable, and helped orient me to the basic operation procedures. Thanks!
