    Replaced LG Nano cell - LG has lack of communication. The Samsung is much simple to operate.

    This is a nice TV, offered at a good price. It was easy to set up and the picture is clear. One thing, though, is that there is no owner's manual included beyond a quick start sheet, so we were left figuring out the functionality - very different from our previous Samsung TV - and that took some time.

    Resolution, picture, and clarity are excellent for the price. The Samsung interface is slow and the WiFi/LAN connectivity disconnects around 1x per week even when connect via LAN cable. To resolve this we either turn off the tv cor 2 minutes or move a fire stick to the room(which works 100% of the time, leading me to believe something is off with the Samsung network software connecting to the interface). Wish Samsung had their interface and WiFi/LAN connectivity to the tv ironed out.

    I was impressed and gratified at the interaction with one of the BEST BUY officials on the phone from Texas who informed me that our TotalTech membership entitled us to a current version of our Samsung TV. The young installer was courteous, knowledgeable, and helped orient me to the basic operation procedures. Thanks!
