The sound is not well regulated. Dialog is very low, but when music comes on it's too loud. The remote is almost too narrow to use one handed, and the button placement is not intuitive. Have to keep looking at the remote to use it.

The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On.
You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.
