I gave only 4 stars because of the Poor Manual and Set Up. There are few loose leaf sheets as manual. Very un-friendly. Set Up is a mystery. Asks too many personal questions. TV is very good. Good screen, good sound. Fits my needs well.

Okay if all you want is a big TV that's pretty good res, this is great, BUT the ghosting is insane, watching MMA fights (or really any sports) is pretty hard when any quick movement blurs like crazy. Also refresh rate feels like 40hz at best.

Great picture and easy to operate. Only con is the sound from the tv. Added Vizo 5.1 sound bar and now it’s perfect. Picture makes some movies look like live tv.

Beautiful image, simple to use. But the sound is awful! It was so bad compared to my 8 year old LG, that I had to buy a sound bar just to tolerate it. But the visual element is AmAziNg for the money!

Really like the tv, and the price was great. Just not a fan of the controller. It's a little unintuitive and is not backlit. But the television quality is quite nice. Happy with our purchase

Samsung has the best designed TVs on the market. So thin. Looks great in the room. 43" is perfect bedroom size. Picture is great. Smart features work well.

Color is so clear and natural. It’s nice and slim. The only thing I wish was a better do sound. I am going to buy a sound bar. The technician said that should help.

Using as a wall mounted monitor when larger screen comes in handy. No issues at all for PC use and streaming when on break :-). The speakers are poor. Fortunately, I use with blue tooth on my PC or with the TV as well.

The last smart TV I bought was 7 years ago & it was a SHARP brand. With my new Samsung TV, I found it frustrating & confusing to agree to so many 3rd party agreements just to set up my TV. The picture & sound on my old SHARP TV was by far better. I had to buy a sound bar to go with my new Samsung TV because it sounded like I was listening to a little portable radio. The clarity of the screen, ease of features & sound was better on my old TV. Its riduculous to have to agree to so many things on this tv just to use certain features. Its an invasion of privacy really. I just want to watch TV. This TV was a very good price but, that's about it for me. Sometimes newer, isnt better.

An outstanding unit, especially given the fairly low price. The picture is excellent in every way, and the sound isn’t bad for built-in speakers. Assembly is very easy - the legs click into place, and you are done. The remote is puzzling at first, since it has an unusual design, but using it gets easier after a few minutes. There Is one exasperating thing not directly related to the performance of the TV: Samsung’s maddening account setup procedure. Average going in circles for about ten minutes, I started over and skipped all of it. Nevertheless, a fine device, early as good as sets costing twice a much.

This was easy to setup even with the soundbar/subwoofer and consoles i had. (reading instructions needed for the soundbar). Sound was good enough even without the added speakers.

I bought this tv, but it has quirks I don't like. It times out and goes off and more irritating it occasionally loses volume and I have to recycle it to get it back. Turning it off/on doesn't work.

I am very happy with the 43 inch Samsung 4k smart TV. The picture is excellent and the controls are so easy to use. I do want to get an antenna to extend the opportunities of this fine set.

Great TV for the price. High resolution/ picture quality. Smart TV is a great addition. Makes watching various channels and shows much easier.

This TV is very thin and light weight. The picture quality is outstanding. As with all tvs don't get too excited about the speakers. They are not overly impressive.

Great tv. Perfect size for bedroom , kids room etc. Picture excellent Great ease of use nice layout of apps. easy to get started. Slightly more expensive than other tv's with same features.

Easy set up. Found programming the remote to my current device provider a little challenging but finally got it set up. Like the slimness of the unit compared to prior model that was replaced.

Beautiful picture but sound quality subpar at best. Purchased a Samsung sound bar and that helped but still disappointed with that part of the tv. Would have been nice if it had better working audio control options and also RCA connections. Would have rated 5 stars, but due to the audio portion no. Audio is not consistent (particularly annoying up and down loud when watching movies) and unenjoyable even with added sound bar via optical cable. Perhaps if connected to a larger surround sound system with good controls it might overcome these issues - if that would do it, I would recommend this TV.

Amazing TV with a ton of features. Super thin and lightweight too. Very clear picture with vibrant colours. A great buy for the price too.

TV has a great picture, removed a star because the remote is not user friendly at all. I know it’s a remote but it should be simple. It should not take a roadmap to get to where I want to be.
