Unfortunately right after I got it I needed to go out of town for a few weeks and missed the returning period. Another way I will definitely return it. After a few days of using it, I am really disappointed. While the picture is really impressive everything else is a complete fail. The response time between pressing a button on the remote and the tv reaction to this command it's about 5 sec. Super slow and full of lagging software makes it very hard to operate. We don't talk about loading apps but just about scrolling around the app store. Despite I have high-spee internet and never have problems streaming on any other devices this tv also struggles to run live tv through the internet at good quality. Very often takes up to a minute after I turn the tv on to connect to the Internet. I have Samsung 6 series that it's 5 years old and work absolutely perfectly, fast and smooth. I can't believe this new generation tv of a top brand like Samsung can perform so poorly. I contacted Best Buy begging them for an exemption so I can return the tv after the returning period but without succes. $375 complete waste. :(

To ensure performance is fully optimized, please provide your TV is running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
