excellent picture and sound, Apple TV and other apps already on the set so less clutter. very easy to navigate through functions

This TV was recommended by our BestBuy advisor. And after getting it home and setting it up, I understood why. First, setup was a snap. And once it found my Cable provider, the set automatically added the app. The remote, while small and easy to lose, because it's so dark, is easy to navigate. Alexa is built in ... and I can give voice commands to change channels. Most important, when watching 4k content, I feel like I'm in the room with the actors. It's crystal (there's that magic word) clear.

A really good price for the 4k / features. Easy to setup all the streaming apps and works well with Xbox too.

Picture is very nice it looks like a high end model Only complaint is that is lags and is kinda slow getting to apps

Very good TV. Love all the features. Only thing I wish was better is the built in speakers sound. Had to buy a Samsung sound bar which made a big difference. Now very happy.

A nice tv for the price. Samsung has its own local streaming programs, which is nice. You do not have to subscribe to them and pay additional fees.

I love the Samsung...the sound is not good. I can't find adjustments for audio. I added a sound bar and I'm satisfied. Not alot of adjustments.

This tv has been quite nice since I've started using it. The screen quality, size, and connectivity are great; I can see things clearly while watching videos and connect my headphones to hear well. I also enjoy the connected streaming services with 4k content and the ability to connect from my laptop. The only negative I could say is that the speaker could be better: it's okay but definitely not the best (it's not really a concern and headphones or a speaker could be connected though).

Purchased for bedroom. Easy to install with with minimal wires. We bought because Directv steaming works with Samsung in apps. Volume is good enough for bedroom. Very satisfied and great value.
