Really good picture very good smart tv. I enjoy watching my favorite shows on this spare tv.

Got this TV as an extra unit to put in my bedroom, so I wasn't concerned that much about the quality, but it is surprisingly good. It was fairly easy to set up and bring all of my streaming channels into, although some intuitiveness was required. I have a subscription to You Tube TV, which can only be accessed through You Tube itself. It would be nice to have a direct app on the screen. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase.

The first TV we got had something wrong with it and did not work correctly. We tried everything and finally when the HDMI diagnostics said we had a bad cord we knew it was the TV. Best Buy Customer Service were good to work with, Kayne at Janesville, WI store was super and we exchanged for a new TV. This ones seems to be fine and working as expected. Picture quality is much better and what we expected when we upgraded. HDMI definitely makes a difference.

Great quality tv. The remote is a little lacking. Needs to be backlit and made a little more user friendly.

Setting it up was frustrating. Instructions to use the smart remote is poor. This smart remote is totally different from a standard remote. Once you figure it out it - it may be ok. This tv was purchased due to its compatibility to spectrum and eliminating the box. Samsung and Spectrum should provide Instructions on how to set this up. Call both Samsung support and spectrum for support to set this up. I think it will be fine once getting use to the remote.

Can't go wrong with Samsung TVs. This TV is impressive. It's the perfect size for a bedroom TV.

Great picture, but the sound is HORRIBLE! Our previous Samsung 4K that we’ve had for many years sounded MUCH better. Plus, you have to put the volume up to #30+ to produce a normal volume (equal to #10 on our previous model) With newer technology, you’d think it would be even better not worse. VERY disappointed.

Great tv, easy set up and beautiful picture quality. The remote takes time to get used to since no numbers or buttons.

Nice picture and color needs some improvement on sound not very loud on some stations

So far, so good. Only real complaint is the sound. Have to have it at 80-85 of 100 to hear decently and I have a small room.

Good picture quality good sound quality the remote absolutely stinks. All you have to do is pick the remote up and it changes channel shuts the TV off who knows what it's going to do next. Ido not like the remote . the TV is fine
