First smart tv for us and missing the old tv but it’s 12 years old. The picture is so 3d that at times it feels like you’re watching a soap opera! And we don’t like not being able to use the previous channels button. Always having to scroll through the guide is kinda laborious. The picture seems shorter also. We are glad we got a device to help with the sound of voices because the tv itself doesn’t get very loud.

The remote on this TV sucks

All you have to do is pick the remote up and it changes channel shuts the TV off who knows what it's going to do next. Ido not like the remote . the TV is fine

Great picture, okay sound

The television itself is really nice and extremely this. The picture is probably the best out of all of our tvs and we have a few really high end tvs. The sound is not particularly loud though. This was for my daughters bedroom and it’s large for a bedroom, roughly 300 square foot. If it was any bigger of a room I’d say she would need a sound bar.

Black color looks black, not dark grey. Especially liked that the footers are shifted from the edge to the inside of the TV which helped when using our old TV stand for the until. New TV tend to have the footers on the edge which would have extended the TV a couple of inches over both sides of our existing TV stand.
