Amazing TV's

We also cut the cord for cable tv. I was really amazed at the advances made in LED tv's. And the ease of using the apps included with Samsung. The many hdmi connections made easy work of hooking up DVR. DVD player, surround sound. I liked the new Samsungs so much that I purchased another 43" for my workshop

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware (ver1577.3). You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

Once I had a chance to determine it really was broken, I ordered the TV online from my phone and it was ready for pickup right after the store opened on Wednesday. It's a great TV, and the colors are amazing. All of the apps that are available make the streaming experience simple. And I finally get Disney+ for the Avengers.

The color is fluid, picture is crisp and it comes with Samsung Plus, which gives you extra channels. It took me a little while to get familiar with the new style remote but now that I understand it, I like it. If I had to find a negative it would be the sound. I have to turn the volume way up on certain channels but otherwise I'm very pleased.
