    We are very pleased with the picture and sound quality from this 43" Class 8000 LED 4K TV. The setup was easy with the Best Buy essentials™ - Fixed TV Wall Mount which made this thin depth TV esthetically pleasing above our fireplace mantel.

    Everything you can want in a SMART TV. Great picture quality and sets up easy. Sound quality however is very poor. Computer speakers can deliver much better aound that what is built into the TV. Wasn’t expecting that from this brand.

      First, let's ensure your firmware is up to date. Please go to Settings> Support > Software Update. You can easily update the firmware from here.

      There are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences. Change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.

      You can customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings.

    Tv is awesome. This is my 3rd Samsung tv. Accessing my Samsung acct was a total pain so I ended up skipping. Not worth the aggravation. Otherwise tv has a great picture. I also ended up getting a sound bar because the speakers are terrible which is common for any new tv.
