Great picture quality and sets up easy. Sound quality however is very poor. Computer speakers can deliver much better aound that what is built into the TV. Wasn’t expecting that from this brand.

First, let's ensure your firmware is up to date. Please go to Settings> Support > Software Update. You can easily update the firmware from here.
There are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences. Change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.
You can customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings.

One in my sons room, one in the play room and one in the kitchen. The same set up in a 75” in my living room. The picture quality is great, I stream everything from cable, YouTube, netflix, Amazon all apps programmed on the tv so no extra box required. Just the TV. Completely recommend.

Accessing my Samsung acct was a total pain so I ended up skipping. Not worth the aggravation. Otherwise tv has a great picture. I also ended up getting a sound bar because the speakers are terrible which is common for any new tv.

The setup was easy with the Best Buy essentials™ - Fixed TV Wall Mount which made this thin depth TV esthetically pleasing above our fireplace mantel.

(I gave my pastor my older 55" Samsung tv (and they love it) as I was moving and didn't want to store it. I truly will only buy Samsung as they seem to last forever, and the quality can't be beat!
