The quality of the picture is sharp and vibrant. The salesman was knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of our questions. The Geek Squad delivered the TV and set it up for us. Again they were knowledgeable and patient and answered all our questions.

The picture is great and adjusts to gaming consoles. Although it does get loud the quality could be better. I purchased a sound bar with the TV, and I would recomend the same.

Only downside is the tv speaker location, it faces down so the sound isnt so great. Especially since my tv is wall mounted but it has bluetooth so i just use a small speaker to hear the sound near me

Both of their birthdays are in november so this was a combo birthday(s)/ christmas gifts. They love it, they say the picture is awesome and were tempted to use it for their main tv!

I would have liked some memory capability so I could fast forward through my local news station's PSAs, fluff and filler. The sound is somewhat small or tinny. I tried to adjust the bass and treble etc. but it didn't change.

Bad: marginal, tinny sound. No RCA output jacks for older sound equupnent. NO operator manual for remote. Voice control suspect. No help at Besy Buy store. Disappointed.

Please know, there are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences. Change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings
To assist you in the learning the various features, functions, and settings of the remote, you can download the Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the AU8000 under Crystal UHD TVs. Additionally, you can find other guides and manuals to further assist you with your TV’s features.

It has beautiful color, easy to use remote, and all the functions I was looking for. It replaced an old Samsung 43" TV that had worked but the color was not good anymore.

We bought it for the bedroom. Only negative is the remote, it needs to have a backlit display. Best small Smart TV we've owned. I don't think you could do better than this TV for the price.

And, remote could be more user friendly. Sound is not the greatest. Noticed this with our other samsung also. Otherwise, tv is great.

It is in a bedroom so we didn’t want a larger TV than this but the clarity and color are great. I gave it 4 stars because it hasn’t even been a month since we’ve had it and I’m not sure if it will have issues at a later date.
