Having all the apps preloaded and easily synched to my accounts was a nice surprise.

Sound quality is definitely lacking. On my old TV a 30 out of 100 was loud enough to hear everything at a decent level. For this TV I have to raise it to 70 out of 100. Will probably have to get a sound bar when I mount it. I have another Samsung TV in a different room of my house and that volume is also decent at 30/100. The remote is also horribly designed.
