    To make a long story short, I purchased two TVs that I had to return before I got to the third one which is now the one I have installed at home. It was frustrating to have to return the items, but the Best Buy TEAM was easy to work with and had no problems making the exchanges I was not particularly happy to have to make the trip for the exchanges, but I cannot complain about Best Buy as a company or the personnel and how they handled this. As the old saying goes, the third time is a charm.
