||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The TV itself is fine but the fact that you can’t use a single feature on the TV without creating and signing into a Samsung account is ridiculous and shouldn’t be necessary. On top of that, creating an account on the Samsung website “can” be a nightmare. We tried for about an hour before we got it to work, having to get countless codes sent and resent while they wouldn’t work at all. Tried 3 different email addresses before we finally got it to accept one. This is insane for a 71 year old lady to have to do just to watch her new TV.. Also - you need to turn the audio to “amplify” in order to not have to turn it up to 90 to hear it.

It was frustrating to have to return the items, but the Best Buy TEAM was easy to work with and had no problems making the exchanges I was not particularly happy to have to make the trip for the exchanges, but I cannot complain about Best Buy as a company or the personnel and how they handled this. As the old saying goes, the third time is a charm.
