||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The TV itself is fine but the fact that you can’t use a single feature on the TV without creating and signing into a Samsung account is ridiculous and shouldn’t be necessary. On top of that, creating an account on the Samsung website “can” be a nightmare. We tried for about an hour before we got it to work, having to get countless codes sent and resent while they wouldn’t work at all. Tried 3 different email addresses before we finally got it to accept one. This is insane for a 71 year old lady to have to do just to watch her new TV.. Also - you need to turn the audio to “amplify” in order to not have to turn it up to 90 to hear it.

The store manager Mark went out of his way to help me get my order immediately upon arrival. He saw that I was disabled and retrieved and loaded my order in my car. The entire experience at both stores was outstanding, thank you.
