Called Samsung tech support, attempted all possible solutions. Samsung advised to return for full refund and stated this was a LOW END item. I give negative stars on this item

Multiple codes for security purposes. No printed material to help in the steps. I used my iPhone to do the instructions which was maybe not the right choice. I had to "chat" to discover how to change the volume - not intuitive. I suspect more issues will present themselves. Very time consuming and frustrating.

I miss Voice assist

However, I have had issues with the HDMI ports right out of the box; sometimes they work, and sometimes they don't. I have tried multiple HDMI cords, reset the TV and still no luck. Also setting up the TV is difficult as they force you into a Samsung account.

1) Power off all HDMI devices connected to the TV
2) Disconnect all HDMI cables from the TV
3) Power off and unplug the TV's power cord from the wall outlet
4) Press and hold the TV power button for 30 seconds
5) Reconnect HDMI cables back to the HDMI ports on the TV
6) Replug the TV's power cord back into the wall outlet and check the TV.
