    My first tv was a Samsung and I kept it for about 12yrs, before finally deciding to upgrade. Got this tv on sale for a good price. After installing it, I noticed it had a small, black line, almost fracture like on the middle, left of the screen. While I did purchase the warranty, I decided to just deal with it because this model was no longer available new, open box or even at my local BB store anymore a week after I ordered it. While its a great tv compared to my old one, Im still kinda disappointed that its somewhat defective.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung DU6900 TV and for sharing your experience with your TV not displaying properly. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

      1. If any external devices are connected, check all input cable connections

      2. If the issue persists, define precisely what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, and fixed horizontal or vertical lines.

      3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?

      4. Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?

      5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test)

      6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. The signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception

    Bought another TV and received a 2nd TV this particular one. Already own 3 others one in this size and 2 more larger size. Their product is always great and durable good value for the price

    Remote sucks. It is slow, non responsive and freezes. I do not recommend this tv. Very frustrating.

    TV was totally inoperable. Called Samsung tech support, attempted all possible solutions. Samsung advised to return for full refund and stated this was a LOW END item. I give negative stars on this item

    Purchased this product for the master bedroom. Perfect size. The only comment the remote is a bit small, but it works ok.

    It was difficult to register this TV and even get to a point to turn it on. Multiple codes for security purposes. No printed material to help in the steps. I used my iPhone to do the instructions which was maybe not the right choice. I had to "chat" to discover how to change the volume - not intuitive. I suspect more issues will present themselves. Very time consuming and frustrating.
