It was a great product, but it arrived broken, sent it back and got another, the picture on the replacement is amazing !!!

This was for my 12 year old grandson as a Christmas gift. He loves it. We like how the apps are already installed, no firestick needed. The pic is great as well. And price was good for a Samsung.

Relative to what these cost, they look great. The one problem they do have is that the UI gets laggy sometimes and bogs down. They could do a little more processing power

This is the perfect TV for me. It's sleek, light, and the right size for my small apartment. The picture is clear and crisp (once I'd switched off motion smoothing, etc), and the sound is clear with plenty of bass.

My Samsung 43" is perfect. Very easy to set up and was enjoying in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Besy Buy for helping me pick the pefect tv.

This TV is fantastic. The new remote makes navigating between streaming apps and our set top box seamless and eliminated the need for multiple remotes. Picture and sound are both crystal clear.

I had anticipated a good product when purchasing this TV, but am now more than satisfied after experiencing the viewings. The sound and picture are perfect for my home and the price was really good. Purchasing and delivery were both quick and easy.

Got it at a great price, sound good enough for a bedroom and great picture. Going to move to smaller bedroom and purchase one larger.

Great product! I am very pleased with the performance of the television. I have purchased larger Samsung televisions in the past, but I am really pleased with this smaller one.

This is a beautiful TV, the colors and frame rates are smooth. I use it for both my TV watching and for gaming, and can get 60+ FPS from this EASILY on Marvel Rivals.

Great picture, easy to mount, connection and set up was very easy. We love the additional Samsung tv channels. Recommend adding a soundbar for better audio.

Replaced my mother in laws 8 year old Insignia 1080p tv that quit working. The picture on this new Samsung is incredible. It’s so good I replaced my still good 10 year old 55 inch Samsung with a 65 inch of this same model. Couldn’t be happier.

Wow! Crystal is where it's at. This TV is the clearest picture I have seen. Easy to navigate and has every feature you could wish for...Absolutely recommend!

Tv looks great and has awesome sound. I will say that the gui is slow and sluggish at times, but by no means a reason not to buy. I’m sure with a few updates. They could fix it if they wanted.

I am extremely disappointed with Samsung. I was eager to purchase a Samsung TV after a 15-year hiatus and felt fully prepared to make the investment. The options were the Samsung DU7200 and the LG UT75, both priced similarly, and the sales representative assured me that their features were nearly identical, including Optical support. However, upon returning home, I discovered that Samsung had eliminated Optical support for this television model. It is regrettable that Samsung has chosen to cut corners on this model, which is not positioned as ultra high-end. Optical support is crucial, especially since I intend to use this TV as a secondary entertainment unit with lower-end audio equipment that does not accommodate HDMI eArc. Shame on you Samsung! I'm returning this model for an exchange for the LG UT75; same price but includes Optical support.
