    The remote and on screen menu are not real user friendly. I want to smash it at least once a day while trying to find what I wanted to watch. In fact the remote was airborne last night.

    I like the TV, but wish I had checked for its capability to use voice commands from the remote. It does not, which is why the 4 star vs 5 star review. Also, if you're into great sound quality, I'd say get a sound bar... this one is okay.. It works for me, but it would be nicer if its own speakers were better.

    Purchased for my mom as a mothers day gift. I cant hear enough good this about the tv. She is a little deaf in one ear… So in my opinion sound quality could be alittle better but overall a great buy.
