    This is an okay TV. I’ve had recent issues with Hulu and Sling loading. With Hulu, I’d get an error message on a white screen three times so far. I thought it was an internet connection, turns out it’s not. With the help of my internet service provider, they helped me troubleshoot the problem. This morning, Sling wouldnt load. Same error message, just like with Hulu. Unplugging the TV is the only way to correct the problem. It’s annoying. If the problem persists, I’d need to call Samsung directly. Thinking of getting a new bedroom TV and ditching this one. Would not recommend to anyone.

      Hi Jill,

      Thank you for reaching out. If apps are not working correctly, we recommend first checking for firmware updates on your TV. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Software Update. If you do have the latest firmware, then you can next try a cold boot. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

    This T.V. has been real good so far and al the apps it has too. I am ready to purchase another one the 65 inch for the living room i am replacing an original inch t.v love samsung products.

    Good quality tv with lots of free channels uhdtv looks fake compared to regular hd 1080 tv

    Purchased at the end of december 2024 just for the control board to fail by mid February. Samsung was very helpful and quickly sent service technicians out to fix the tv, but still frustrating.

    Great TV for the price. Best Buy tried to upsell me on something 300 more glad I saved the money. An excellent TV for the price

    Salesperson went out of his way to help us and explain the differences in TV’s. Plus he helped us pick out a sound bar. Best Buy is our favorite electronics store!

    A little tricky to set up but like it. Couldn't get it to pair with my existing sound bar so have to turn sound up more. Especially love the sleep timer which I didn't have on my previous TV

    Love the new TV. The only issue if I knit pick is the remote control— sometimes you really have to work at changing channels.

    Love how I can control it from my phone. So if his volume is too loud, I can turn it down from my phone. Or if it’s bedtime, I can also turn it off from my phone if I notice he turned it back on.

    This TV gets the job done. I bought it for a bedroom in my house and we have had it for less than a year. However, Samsung, as expected, releases many updates that have slowed the TV down significantly. I do regret purchasing it as the slowdown is pretty bad for a brand new product.
