    Bought this tv new at best buy. Hooked it up to Hdmi and screen only showed stripes and broken cracks on screen. No crack to glass but somehow the screen components were cracked inside. Had to return first thing in the morning and bought a sony. This was a brand new tv unopened. Waste of time!

    TV would reset every so often. When trying to connect to youtube or netflix when first turning on the TV it would be super long before it would let me. I have purchased TVs before this and is way faster. Other than that quality is good.

    The TV gave me some problems to connect to the internet. On starting the TV, it takes about a minute to connect to the internet to use apps and the TV would automatically restart on its own while watching. Tried changing it but the Best Buy staff wasn’t very helpful.

    We purchased this TV exactly one year and eight days ago. This morning the picture went black. When it worked, it had a beautiful picture and good sound. Now, when a flashlight is shined at the screen, a very faint image can be seen. BestBuy support had us try some things that made no difference. Since we are eight days past the 1-year warranty period, a technician could be sent but we would have to pay for the service. We bought the TV because it used the latest LED technology but we certainly thought it would last longer than a year!
