    Cannot mirror the screen with my PC. Some apps like Netflix, Prime video lock up and you have to unplug the TV to resolve. The online support is inconsistent sometimes they call and sometimes they don't.

    I have had 3 Samsung TVs (2 @ 27" and 1 @ 60", oh and my mother-in-law has a 60" also). They have great picture quality. This one though is awful. At least once per night it turns itself off and back on. I looked on-line and this is a recurrent problem with many Samsung Smart TVs. Some people say to change the capacitors and the motherboard - they show youtube videos of how to do it. I'm going to toss this TV out and buy another brand.

    Has a good screen quality, sound could be better, it kinda muffles when in high volumes, the thing I really dislike is the slow OS it take about 5 minutes to connect to WiFi and the fact that it doesn't have a pointer makes browsing a pain.

    Cheap remote and the sound needs surround to compensate for the fuzziness during louder music scenes in movies. My Samsung curved tv has a nicer remote and better sound

    This television is just ok, but I’ve had much better Samsung models, and this one left me a little disappointed. I would spend the extra $100 on a better equipped Samsung tv, even if it was the same size.

    After I turn it on I have to wait 5-10 minutes before it will open any of the apps on it. When I try to open them it tells me the TV is preparing for use.

    I ordered online and thought I had purchased a different tv than the one I got. The sound was not good and the picture was not as clear as my tv I was replacing. I have a hearing loss and the sound might work for people without hearing problems. I decided to buy a better quality (that I still purchased from Best Buy). The Newnan, GA store was very helpful in making the exchange for me. I am very pleased with my replacement and their service.

    The smart tv function on this TV is clumsy and slow. The TV needs a full 2 minutes after being turned on before it connects to the I Tierney to access the smart TV content.

    1st TV has issues with a line in the middle of screen. 2nd TV not sure why remote and TV do not work together. Getting ready to go back for a third try and if not money back

    Tv is ok for the price, it’s a cheaper model which is what I wanted, but it really shows. Poor sound quality and ok picture quality. Mostly for my kids to watch tv and play Xbox.

    Disappointed with the picture on this TV. We have adjusted the settings, changed the HDMI and still it is a very blurry picture. Not sure why it is a bad picture.

    Have always bought Samsung tvs in the past. Even the lower models were very good quality. Not this one though. Picture and sound not up to par!

    We use Samsung video products exclusively, and this is the only one we've ever had that we didn't like. Probably should have paid more money for a different model in the same size. It's really thick, hard to mount, and heavy. The "smart" menu is slow and awkward. Every so often the video just disappears, and after awhile it comes back on. I'd recommend the brand, but not this particular model.

    Only negative thing about this TV is you cannot add sling TV to the hub
