I love it!

I love the feature that the brightness and light accomodate by itself depends if day or night when you have the features on. Overall my family and I are pleased. My favorite picture mode is Natural.

More than we needed

We sit within 3 feet of the screen for gaming and 5 feet for watching cable box and DVD movies. The TV can do a lot of things, but we haven't tried them yet. Setup was quick and easy. The picture and sound are very good. The remote control works fine.

Takes at least 3 minutes for the TV to be ready to use the Smart Hub. Once Smart Hub is active it lags like its on dial up. How to have a fantastic experience with this TV: 1. Connect to WiFi 2. Set up as display 3. Plug in Amazon Fire stick

Took a dump at 3 1/2 years only!

Won't turn on. I was watching it and it just decided to quit. I went through troubleshooting with a Samsung Tech and now parts need replacing or the entire tv itself. This is terrible for a brand as popular and pricey as Samsung.

Picture quality terrible! Slow software

I purchased this to replace an older TV. When I got it home and set it up, the picture quality was AWFUL. I thought maybe eco settings were turned on, but I played around with all the settings and nothing helped. The picture looks pixelated, almost as if it is zoomed in. It's really bad, even for digital content. My 10+ year old TV has a better picture than this Samsung. My dad repaired TVs his whole life, and he could do nothing with the settings to improve the picture quality, so I will be returning this TV tonight. Further, it took FOREVER for the software to initialize when the TV was turned on. It seemed glitchy as well, with apps like Netflix and Plex freezing at random and kicking out. The wifi signal was good, and the navigation was brilliant; I just wish the picture and software had been half as good as those features. I bought another Sony from Best Buy since the last Sony I purchased had a perfect, crisp picture right out of the box - worth double the price I paid for this one. I urge you not to buy this TV unless you don't care about picture quality at all. This TV simply isn't worth the pricetag for poor picture quality, bad backlight, and slow software.

Smart Hub Faulty

Apparently the TV takes a few minutes to connect to the internet, and there’s no fix for this. It’s annoying. Otherwise the clarity and size are great.

Had to send out for repair less than a year old

The sound reverberates if up high and loses connection a lot when our tablets and smart phones have no problems. Customer service with Best Buy over phone is terrible. I miss Circuit City

Poor Quality, Very Slow

This tv was extremely slow and most apps including Netflix and Amazon Prime would not load. After 3 days of dealing with Samsung and trying to get this tv to work, I finally boxed it back up and took it back to the store to exchange it for something that would work.

Good Price, Poor Quality

I was wrong. We purchased this TV to replace our 43 inch plasma. The plasma, although about 5 years old, had twice the picture of this new TV. I worked for nearly an hour trying every configuration with the tint, backlight, contrast, sharpness, etc...and this TV cannot get a clear picture. Everything looks hazy. Digital content looks poor. Hey TV manufacturers: Here's an idea. Your make a TV. At the minimum, you should be able to produce a quality picture. If you can't complete that simple task (after all, it is 2018), then stop spending money and time with installations of apps, processors, etc. You're wasting my time, my money...as well as yours. And then the customer service at Best Buy? Top notch uselessness. Most of the Best Buy staff was busy walking around and talking with each other. When I ask one of the sales guys about comparing two different TVs, his reply is "it's whatever you like." Nice. And don't even try to talk details and schematics! It's time to take this TV back.

Super Slow
