I'm used to the easy set up of a Roku TV. After calling help desk I found out the TV needed to be updated so I had to wait for an update to run. I don't like the home screen. I found it difficult to figure it out how to add channels/apps. Its missing some apps I have on Roku. I haven't heard any complaints from the person that's using it so I guess the TV itself is fine Which is why I gave it 4 stars.
