Tv really good but one problem

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking at what it has right and i have xbox one x and should run HDR10 and 4k right but for some reason nothing has change on this tv and did everything on my tv and just got it on 6. So i want to know is this really a 4k tv and HDR 10 because it doesnt look no different then other tv i use that not 4k so i tried whatever get it to 4k with HDR 10. Problem is i change HDMI port with 1 that told me to. I have it all green on everything i need it and when try run game on my xbox one x. Feel like not even 4k with HDR 10 graphic on some of my games looks nothing like 4k or anything that has higher graphic on xbox one x. So here another issue i had problem with flickering tv shut off and is this new or is this used what i said to my self because how can TV shut off on game when i play and i use xbox one x and reason i got this tv because it has HDR 10 and 4kUlra high graphic tv so what i see when i got this tv doesnt seem all what it say on this writing and i feel scam buying this tv, Whatever it say on this tv really not true, I feel want get my money back and should not be this much money for this tv if not what it say its not, It is 4k UHD TV but what it doesnt have what it should have, Graphic half my games is same as one that i have on my tv. Plus tv feel like not better then one my other tv that doesnt have 4k.
