    Bought an open box, the TV works great but before re-selling an open boxTV, the tech team should make certain that all of the parts are in the box. In the open box I bought, the electric power cord for the TV was missing. Lucky me I had an extra power cord. Also what is annoying the TV setup has an E-Mail address that belongs to someone else. I don't know how it would affect other apps on the TV.

    Pros- Good picture, decent sound, standard smart features, price. Cons- a really annoying issue that didn’t start until after using the tv for about 6 weeks & the return/exchange policy had expired (thanks Best Buy)... THE TV LOSES ITS NETWORK CONNECTION TO MY WIFI. It happens a few to a dozen times a week. I have to reset the network connection settings & reconnect by entering my password etc. Every single time my router, modem, and internet service were fine with fast speed tests of over 100mbps standing next to the tv. It’s definitely a problem with the tv. Guessing they went with a cheap network adapter. My Samsung series 7 doesn’t have this issue. Don’t buy this model!! I’ve owned this for 7 weeks and I would exchange it for a different model and I’d gladly pay the difference for the different model.... that is if Best Buy would allow me too.
