The setup was simple enough, but the menu can be a bit strange. Also, it feels like it could use a bit more RAM or a better processer, or a better OS. The picture quality is decent for a bedroom TV but it doesn't get bright enough to show off the HDR details.

Samsung makes great products and the sale price on this unit made sense. Makes a great TV for a bedroom or somewhere that a big screen isn't needed. Highly recommend it!!!

I can connect it to my computer and watch my apps/websites from there MUCH EASIER AND QUICKER than if I actually want to use the apps on the actual TV, though. Starz has the most trouble connecting - in a month I've only had one thing actually connect. Netflix and Hulu are about 70/30, I suppose. I have found that generally, if the TV doesn't connect to the weird "TV stations" that are on when you turn the TV on, it's not going to connect to any apps. I know it's not my wireless connection because if I can't connect to an app on the TV, I'll just do it on my computer and then connect via HDMI. Which is great about 80% of the time (for some reason it doesn't always connect automatically so sound comes out of the tv - even if the laptop says that's where sound is coming from). But that is so much more reliable than connecting on the TV itself. I would LOVE this TV if it would just get over it's weird connection problems. It's definitely the TV's issue.

Both had excellent ratings! I finally got the Samsung! I have a question though? It is an easy one! How do I change the color like to Vivid, or the others? I called the store, but the guy I spoke to didn't know!

It is still in good working condition. I have had no problems with it, and I have so much stuff connected to it. But it is still going strong. The associated really helped me pick out a good tv.

I knew that it would be a huge upgrade from my 2002 flat screen, but I really have been amazed at how good it is. I love the crispness of the images and the sound is great. No complaints whatsoever, only praise.
