Salesman wasn't pushy, asked if I wanted a sound bar with the TV said I would be looking around Black Friday to buy. He didn't push it any farther. Overall a quick and pleasant experience.

Worst Samsung Product I've Ever Had

However, no one should have to reboot their television 10+ times per day to get it to work. I've had nothing but problems with this product. The sound goes out at least once a day. The interface becomes unresponsive and locks up. Sometimes, the unit won't even turn on and has to be unplugged and replugged before it will boot up. I've had it for less than 2 months, have already had the main board replaced, and have spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone with Samsung and their subcontracted technicians. It's more trouble than it's worth. The entire unit needs to be replaced, but I'm more inclined to just request a refund, since it appears that Samsung is using inferior quality components in this model to keep the price low.

However these are the real thing. Good for those who have mishaps and great that Best Buy carries them in store.
