I’ve owned Samsung TVs for 10 years and have only had one issue and Samsung made it better by upgrading our tv because it could not be fixed. If I could give this tv a 0 rating I would. HORRIBLE. Took it out of the box and the speakers were blown. The software was soooo slow making it take forever to log in/set up. The remote was not their normal setup, everything was in a different spot and was not user friendly. Called Best Buy, they had me call Samsung. Took Samsung 72 hours before they contacted me and once they did they said they would have to send it to their technician teams and would be another 24-72 hours. They never called. Called Best Buy back. Told them I wanted to return it. Had to go through a few more steps for UPS to be able to pick it up because the closest Best Buy is 3 hours away. I would not buy a 6 series Samsung again. Went to the 7 series and it is so much better.

I’m a Sony TV person, but we needed a quick inexpensive replacement for an extra tv. We bought the Samsung because I’ve heard good things, but a lot was based on the price. Very pleasantly surprised with the quality and features. Great TV

My only complaint about the tv is that there are only two hdmi inputs. Additionally, you may notice a sync issue with live broadcasts where the voice is not exactly in sync with the picture. Comcast has a secondary set of HD channels in the 1000 and above range. Those channels appear to be in sync. The sync issue is a common complaint with a lot of Samsung tvs. Use the settings to set no delay for audio. This tv is best for a bedroom and not as a primary tv because of the lack of inputs.

This is very an excellent tv. My dad love it. Is is very easy to set up and use. It connects directly to the internet so we can search the show or movie we live. I truly recommend to have a brand name Samsung when you want to buy a smart tv.

It's a nice TV for the price. However, the sound is a bit low for my ears; nothing a decent soundbar wouldn't fix. It's great for my parent's apartment setup though. I don't like that it only has 2 HDMI ports. Standard should be at least 3.

Slow and clunky UI, only 2 hdmi ports, horrible gaming aspects, and ads are what hold this TV back. But hey, at least the picture quality looks great.

I have always purchased Sony products before and was very hesitant to purchase a Samsung tv but I am very pleased with it. The picture is very clear and the “smart” part really is. I just purchased this exact tv for my living room.

The man who installed my TV was prompt and courteous. However, no TV had been delivered when he arrived and so he had to go to the Best Buy store and pick it up and then come back and install it. The order had my phone # incorrect and although I was finally able to reach a human to correct it, the installer still had the wrong number, so he couldn't call. No one attempted to call me the evening before as has been promised. It's great to have an automated corporation, but there needs to be human oversight and contact!! The TV seems great

I knew the tv was an open box sale, but it was used and returned. The netflix app was all ready logged into by another user in Spanish. The Geeks didn't do a very good job of certified condition.

Purchased for my parents to simplify access to amazon and netflix. The system was a bit more challenging to set up. In the end, it is wired to their tv box which we were hoping to avoid. It definitely is more complicated than the Roku TV but screen is good and after getting used to it, it works well.

Quality for a very affordable price. The interface is friendly and easy to operate (my parents even have one). First smart tv I’ve known to actually perform a software update so it’s nice that Samsung is supporting my ownership.

Resolution is fine. Not the highest grade you can get. Refresh rate is meh. But I bought it solely so my kids can play Fifa. They don’t care about it beyond that it works and they use it happily. It off gasses like crazy though. No idea what poison my kids are breathing in when it is in use.

Bought this tv 3 weeks ago and is the worst investment I could of possibly made. Read a lot of reviews about how great it was but they had to be sponorsed review because after searching more iv had all The issues the tv has ! The tv flickers during movies just about every hour or so. The tv has high glare and is has terrible visibility unless you have all the lights off and shades pulled. The WiFi for streaming is absolutely horrendous. Watch a spinning loading circle for hours on end rather than your media. I wanted to return the tv but it was outside my 15 day return policy even though I bought it durin holiday promotion. This piece of junk is worthless! It would be an insult to even give this away to someone.

Even 1 year ago this tv would’ve been expensive. It’s super clear and sharp, it also connects to my phone. Video games look amazing. What’s even more amazing is the price! I would’ve easily have paid a few hundred dollars more for it.

I have had this tv for about a year now and since I got it I has been good for gaming on my xbox one it alot better than my 5 year old 32inch vizio tv. I use this tv on a daily basis and haven't had any issues on it

I purchased this tv about a week ago. It has an amazing display... however the wireless connection started going out in about 2 weeks after purchase. Being a cord cutter it is necessary to have a reliable connection. I am returning this with hopes that it is just this one unit having this trouble

If you haven't upgraded from 1080p yet and you want to experience 4k this is a very nice entry level model into the 4k world. I don't usually leave reviews but for the short amount of time I've owned this model I have no complaints it is what I expected after doing much research.

My first big tv , I’m writing this review now as I’m staring at my broken tv that my cat knocked over , I will say I was very satisfied with this tv , never hiccuped on me always there. Deff would buy again

This TV is perfect, fits in my college bedroom perfectly. The display is extremely nice. Sometimes my WiFi takes a poop on me and disconnects from my TV and it is hard for me to connect it back sometimes because the typing is brutal.

Wow. 4K UHD TV Rocks! A fine TV I use as a monitor for my mac. Love it and I recommend it. Make sure you connect and register your warranty--Most of the TV's now last only about two years before the screens darken or fade.
