Second Samsung, just needed upgrade to replace and donate current bed room tv. My old Samsung was around 4yrs old, the technology has gone even further from the previous high quality. Great buy

I purchased as a spare room TV so it doesn't get used much. The only issue is the wifi connectivity. It requires unplugging the TV from time to time to get it to reconnect. Aside from that it's been over a year and no major issues.

This is the best product I have seen so far. It ’s really much better compared to the original. I ’m in a good mood. The price is fair. I still buy it often. I like all kinds of good products.

Its my first Samsung and 4k tv overall I like it, got this tv cause it could fit in my car. I was tired of ordering tvs online just so I can open them when they arrive with a huge crack. To activate HDR and UHD you have to go to EXTERNAL DEVICE MANAGER SETTINGS.

We get so many extra channels since we are viewing with an antenna. Serves our purpose perfectly. Great price too. Ordered online and picked up at store. Loved the easy process. Now that is the way to shop.

We purchased a LG to save $$ and the picture quality was not what we needed/wanted for that television location. The LG does serve well for a guest room, spare open space, etc but for the main rooms in the house we had to pony up the extra $$s and get the Samsung.

Honestly you can't go wrong for the price the only thing I'll say that I don't like about the t.v is when you are navigating through the t.v's menus it's a little bit sluggish unless you are using the apps virtual remote also the build is complete plastic

The built in apps are great, and it updates all the time. The main issue we have with it is that it is harder to stream to compared to our other much cheaper Vizio. I find I have to hard power it off to get it to talk to my Samsung phone.

this is one of the coolest UHD TV but there are now some Samsung 4k!!!!! Tvs that are at the same price point as this one if no less I would recommend one of those instead of this one.

Bought this to replace the previous year’s model (J5202 Series). Samsung fixed the speaker issues making this is a great television for this price point!

Was in the market for a new 4K TV for one of my guest bedrooms and this one was perfect, especially when i picked it up for $277 at Best buy during their sale! Even has enough motion flow to game on it.

This is one of the best 4K Smart TVs I've ever gotten, unlike my old Vizio 4K TV this one can play almost every media type video file except AVI. Other than that I'm pleased with this TVs performance.

Had it for a year now , no poblems once so ever - tv stays on all night. And does not. Affect anything _ it fell once and nothing happened (fell on ceramic floor) strong tv _. Would def buy again

Like the HD 43 inch TV very much if you are looking for a TV that has a good range of color, but not super size or too small to enjoy sports events. Price is very good at Best Buy for the value.

So I ordered an open box item. When I arrived to pick it up at the store, the employees could not locate my TV. Instead they just gave me a brand new one! I was very happy with this!

Only complaint is the Sound, Not as good as my old 10-year old Panasonic. I understand this is a common complaint....mainly because of where the speakers are located. I'm really sad about that.

I love the different modes on this tv. The gaming mode is amazing . I just wish it had a component and one more hdmi . I also didn’t like the viewing angles on the tv. The color would fade . I upgraded to the 50 inch and still had viewing angles issue

We really love our two new Samsungs , , , everything is great. Our only disappointment is the remote has far too many buttons. Best Buy, customer service, information support, all were top notch.

Great value Samsung TV. Picture is as expected. Apps are responsive. Bright spots at edges of tv can be annoying when watching a dark movie. HDR is eh.

I purchased this tv for myself to have in my room. So far it works well and does everything I hoped it would. I give it a 4 because sometimes it loses wifi connection and the only way to fix it is to turn it off and unplug it before turning it back on.
