The TV is amazing, quality is amazing! The display is great. Only personal problem is that the tv does not have Bluetooth to connect to a speaker. A digital audio input cable is required:/

Purchased an entry 4K television to replace a smaller 720p tv. It is amazing how much better this entry level tv is. The display is great and the sound level is good. Wished it would have had more hdmi inputs but hey for the price this was a great buy.

I own multiple Samsung TVs, they have all been quality products. Easy to setup, awesome picture and good sound. Would like a headphone jack or bluetooth on lower end models but not a deal breaker.

I’m using this television in my office reception room to provide clients with a looped video presentation of our groups history and review of the services we can provide. Well received by all.

Got this TV over the holidays for the price it's pretty good. Doesn't have a lot of apps and can't just stream from phone like some of my other smart TVs . Instead it has the mirror phone function which I don't really like but overall a good TV.

Great T.V but the speakers are a bit small and have to turn up high to hear good. Where I have it I would not like to have to get a sound bar just to enjoy.

I bought this to use as my primary computer monitor, and the results have been excellent, the resolution is excellent and the screen is amazing

This purchase is a serious upgrade from the BIG BUTT TVs I had previously. One issue is the sound. I need to add a sound bar for both TVs and that should end any issues with sound.

This 4K television is great and was a great buy. I was a fan of LG but now that I have watched the Samsung, I have switched. This is a great 4K television and will not break the bank

Great Model. Having a real hard time downloading YouTube TV. But not a problem on my other sets. It doesn't want to accept my location so that I can access the streaming content for my area. Otherwise I would have rated a solid 5 stars.

I got this tv in cyber week for my room it’s great just have one little drawback that it’s not very bright so some vide may seem dark and the sound of some videos is also low it could also be the video or movie maybe! Still great tv for the price

TV performs well. It replaced a really old TV. It has a lot of apps on it and lots of channels to watch. But sometimes it can be slow to load or slow to render the graphics more clearly to get to to actual HD.

We have had the TV for a month now. Set up was very easy. When we first set up the TV the picture was too dark. After several attempts at trying to adjust the picture, I contacted Samsung. The representative connected directly to the TV and adjusted the picture so that it was much better. Nonetheless it is darker than we would like. The sound is also not very good - sometimes we need to turn the sound way up to hear and understand what is being said and we are using the TV in a small room. The sound is even worse when watching Netflix or a DVD.

I couldn't ask for a better television at a better price. Installs easily to the tv Mount I purchased at Best Buy. Was a snap to setup as well.

Picked this up for my office but decided to give it to a family member for holiday. They love it. I've seen it in their sitting room and it looks and works great.

I had been looking at different TVs and settled on this one. This one has it all. The only downside is the SmartThings app, it doesn’t connect well with Alexa although it should.

This TV has been the best bargain I have found on a tv in awhile. I am a strong supporter of Samsung television from day one. They have managed to step up the bar even higher.

Needed to replace my 7 year old 37” 1080 TV. This tv will not automatically power up my Apple TV device. My 7 year old slightly old tech TV does. Slightly disappointing.

We needed two TV’s for retirement condo. Shopped around for best value and picture and purchased at Best Buy! We had cable installed but wanted the option to stream TV also.

I purchased this TV for my bathroom above my jacuzzi tub. Have not hooked it up to my DirecTV yet as it has so many interesting internet channels already built in. Great technology!
