Very good picture for its price. Looses connectivity to WiFi between uses. May have a bad WiFi card but haven’t had it checked out yet.

Your router location and distance from the TV are important considerations -- having them both on the same floor with minimal interference blocking the signal (like a wall, etc.) will improve connection. You may also want to try wired LAN, if possible, since the connection will be faster and more reliable.

It's kind of slow and buggy loading certain apps. It also has this annoying TV Plus app that it automatically starts playing when it turns on and it is very difficult to get rid of. I think you should be able to have more control over what your TV is playing. Other than that, it's pretty good. It has a nice picture. If I could go back in time, I would return this TV.

You’re not going to get deep blacks like some more expensive models, but the quality is wonderful for the money. I recommend turning off the motion smoothing, which gives you a more natural looking picture

Lots of features packed into the interface to use Netflix or your other favorite streaming device. Sound is not great and needs help with a sound bar to match the quality of the screen.

Just seems a little washed out. Other than that, all is fine.

While it can be a little slow at times when using the smart apps, I can't expect a ton for the very low cost. The kids play xbox on it and we've not seen any issues at all.

I narrowed my search down to the tv and another 4k tv that was 199 at the time. I chose the Samsung over the other because I was lead to believe this model has the Apple TV app and it’s what sold me on it. The Best Buy employee me assured me that this model was one with the app. Take it home set it up and update it...no Apple TV app. Contact Samsung and they just tell me they will look into it. So I spent an extra $80 bucks for a feature the tv doesn’t support. If I knew that at the time I would have bought the $200 tv with the same features instead.
