One thing I didn't like from this tv is the user interface, not that intuitive for me and subtitles froms usb are not that clear to read, maybe this one change in some update. But overall great image quality that you can expect.

In November 2018 I purchased 3- 43" Samsung 4K Smart TVs. They have the "picture frame" edge which contributes to their low profile and for me is an asset. Set up was straight forward. Navagation was logical. I am having issues with streaming and have not figured out the cause & therefore a solution yet. I have more than sufficient internet speed in a one-user home. For a television that was manufactured the end of October, 2018, I am disappointed that I cannot connect to my streaming services as I desire.

Been looking to upgrade my tv for a while and this was a perfect one for me, mostly use it to play games and it smart capability makes it easy for me to use Netflix as well

When I saw 4k, UHD, HDR I became hopeful that those acronyms really ment something when compared with a model only a year older. While I am not disappointed, the "WOW Factor"just wasn't there. A good product for the price.

From a 40" Samsung last November to an additional 43" Samsung ten months later. Speaks volumes for the quality of the product. Highly recommend these models.

Apps are updated, good connection with Wifi, I only had to restart connection once in 3 months, surprised it had an auto connection with a non Samsung blu ray player

Was not sure I needed to upgrade from the Samsung I already have but the picture improvement over the last 3 years was phenomenal. The price made it a great decision.

As a whole, my experience with this TV has been nothing shy of excellent. Sharp edges, vibrant colors, and a bright display with smallish bezels. great for any occasion.

Bought this for my niece and she loves it!! Easy to watch Netflix and Hulu. Smart TV's are the way to go for sure!! And the price was great!

I like Samsung products, so I am sure I got a great deal and a great product. I recommend their items. Once this TV has arrived, I may report back on it if I should have any issues. Otherwise, I recommend Samsung products.

Good TV for the price I paid, 2 years so far and no problems with colors, my only issue is the storage space is very low and sometimes you need to reboot the tv for apps to work properly.

I must say this was a good choice to upgrade our TV. Clarity, lighting, not to mention the awesome features and the service we got upon purchasing was all awesome.

The Samsung TV was purchased at Best Buy during their sale and represented a good value for this television. The service at the Best Buy store was prompt and courteous.

The quick loading when you turn it on is nice with little to no wait time when accessing streaming services or flash drives when the tv is first turned on.

Purchased for my wife but she did not like the screen. You had to look straight in front of the tv. The LG should have been the one to take home.

For the post part we like the tv. The issue we have with this tv is that the Hulu app keeps freezing up. We have to constantly remove and download the app. We have done it 5 times already. The tv is only 1.5 month old.

Picture and sound quality is good. This TV don't support 5G Internet connections, I notices it accepts 2G connection speed. The buffering is little bit on the higher side.

Screen is great. Even with that I’m not satisfied with this purchase. Our sound quality is poor and often sounds like the speakers are vibrating at certain pitches. When the TV is connected with the Apple TV the sound quality can be so poor that the volume can be all the way up and can just hear the voices. When TV is connected with HDMI connections the connections are inconsistent and will disconnect due to a poor connection. This was never an issue with my older TV.

Nice tv with a great game mode. If using this for gaming exclusively, then this a solid value. If you want something for gaming and movies I suggest you spend a few hundred more for a much better picture for movies.

It works as expected, good video and audio quality, it is mostly used to play videos in different formats from a portable hard drive and USB flash drives.
