I bought it to reduce cable expenses as it was an easy transition to using an app rather than paying for Cable. But, the app/internet provider doesn't work as well as I would like.

Got this tv and it is awesome for the price. Has all the apps you could want built in vs some brands that have only partner apps.

I bought it on Black Friday, so far, so good! It’s compatible with my apple devices without issue. Easy to move and use it!

Enjoyed my buying experience, salesman was great. Needed a TV for the spare bedroom, and one for the pool room, so got these 2 Smart TV's both on the same day for just over $600 total.

About 3 weeks ago i started having trouble. The TV turned itself on maybe a minute after i shut it down. No matter what I did the TV stayed on so I unplugged it. When on though, the TV worked. I searched all over the internet to find solution and tried the steps suggested by Samsung...nothing worked. Chatted with them. I called and was taken through a lot of trouble shooting tasks which didn't work. To that point I had already spent an entire week on a resolution. The agent i talked to said she would write up a repair ticket and that I would be contacted in 5-10 business days. The repairman called and i set up appointment 3 days later. The repairman came and replaced the guts of the TV. It worked for several days and then the same problem occurred. I called Samsung Tech Support again and was told that i would have to wait again for a repairman to come out. He came out but on arrival said I had been scheduled for exchange. News to me. I called Samsung again and was told i had to wait for their reps to call me to set up another appointment...another waiting period of 5 to 10 business days. By this time I had already spent about a month on the problem. Then the TV's picture went out. Only audio. I called to complain about the wait. Communication with these folks was a real problem. None of the Samsung reps spoke good English. The repairmen didn't speak English. The calls and chats I made were fruitless and time consuming. I went up the chain to try to get better service. Everyone i spoke to said "I understand your frustration.".... the phrase everyone uses when they really mean they are not budging. TV still not working. It is beginning of 4th of july weekend and I still have another 2 to three weeks of waiting. I've gotten better service from Social Security or the IRS. I have decided on getting a refund...how long for that I wonder. Never again.

After buying this tv I wouldn’t buy anything but a Samsung in the future, took back a Visio to get a Samsung for the living room too!

This tv was purchased as a replacement when my 9 year old tv died. It works well as a low end 4k tv. Don't expect great video\audio from it, but it works well for sub 400.

Another Samsung TV--I only own Samsung and will only buy Samsung. Have always had great success with Samsung.
