Decent tv but dated

It is a good multimedia smart television. I have noticed quite a bit of a difference in the picture quality between the 6900 series and the 8000 series. This is understandable when noticing the price difference. All in all a great tv but if you want the picture quality from Samsung, I recommend the 8000 series and up.

The provided documentation is not very good and the setup process requires you to open a Samsung account on your phone. This seems like an invasion of privacy. The stands are a little flimsy and the TV could be knocked over easily. The built-in speakers sound tinny. Fortunately, we are using a sound bar. The on screen menu using the remote is cumbersome. The redeeming quality is a great image.

The settings do not allow you to fix sound settings through an equalizer. Most of the time at low volumes between 4 & 18 the TV sounds real scratchy. I thought it would go away with use. To no avail, it still has it. Really annoying because it's not just while watching TV its also scratchy while gaming and streaming music. I should of returned it the moment I noticed that and bought another TV. Too late for me now.

Doesn’t catch the WiFi well
