So while picture quality is great, it's not the best it could be (like in the stores). Not many would have this other issue, but we couldn't get a wireless headset (mom is a little hard of hearing) to work with the TV no matter what we tried. Other than that great tv and customer service was awesome as everyone was trying to help find a way to get the headsets to work.

I hate the way the remote works, if that makes sense. or in my case, how it doesn't work. There is a lag when using the up and down channel button. Also, I have owned this for 7 months and have had to request a new remote because I keep getting a "not available" message anytime I try to use it. I went through all recommended steps suggested by Samsung tech support and am now waiting 5-14 days on a replacement remote to be sent.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.shopping for a tv and came across the non 4k version(1080version), (didn't see the 4k version) . good price but when i got home and set it up the picture quality was not good at all. went back on line and saw the 4k version which was just $30 more. wondering how i missed it in the store. next day went to swap tv's and couldn't be happier. picture quality is great, no lag in content. apps work great. the size is a sweet spot for me.

Setup was easy and it has a great picture once adjusted to your taste. I read about issues with the speakers and while they are not the best they are adequate. I purchased a Polk sound bar though to get better sound and more bass. Overall a great TV for the price range.
