Disappointed with Smart features

Bought this to cut the cord but there’s no app for HULU Live or Spectrums streaming service....so only half smart. When questioned Samsung said they only provide the platform, they don’t develop the apps. I bought the tv from them, they should make sure it can deliver what’s promised.
