    Smart functions are kind of clunky and it disconnects from the internet very often. Samsung's customer service gave the runaround and I decided to save my time and get a streaming stick for my TV instead

    Store reps were nice enough but I was told that they were specifically trained to suit my needs yet the young man had to google search every question I asked. Then the product is very misleading. I would have been better off paying the extra couple hundred for a better TV. If I didn't lose my receipt. I would of 100% returned. Life Lessons I guess ... The Tv is definitely an upgrade from my original LED TV but this TV is not what I expected. There's motion blurs all the time. The backlight flickers at times. Tv goes black for a split second or two every now and again. Don't even try to play video games on it unless you turn on Game Mode and then it just makes it look like it was on my normal TV again... I would not purchase this TV again, especially if gaming was the Primary Function for it.
