If you happen to be someone with hearing deficiencies then this is NOT the TV for you. There is no Bluetooth capability built in to the the unit, and none of the sales persons at the store are able to advise on how I might resolve that problem. I am not able to enjoy it because I am unable to turn the volume up sufficiently to hear from the speakers, without ruining the experience for my wife who is usually in the den. This is very disappointing for me that I was not advised of the issue, even though I had to tell the sales personnel many time during the purchase, "you must speak louder because I am hard of hearing!"
