First, the sound started cutting in and out spontaneously. Now it just goes out completely and you have to unplug the TV from the wall, then plug it back in to get any sound. Who knows how long that trick will work and it looks like that's my only option at this point. I would have expected a brand new TV to work longer than 2 months! That said, the picture is beautiful.

The picture gets a blurry line acrosee the left middle and middle vertical on both TV's. It happens a lot and drives me nuts. Cheap tv what do expect. To bad Samsung. Not a very good product.

Great budget TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This TV works great as a budget system but I was very disappointed to find it only has 2 HDMI ports, a Coaxial connection, and a S/PDIF out. The interface is pretty nice especially being able to link the TV with my Samsung SmartThings hub but it did feel a little forced. I do feel like they added too many animations to simple things such as just turning on and off the TV. So all in all if you don't mind the lack of I/O this is a pretty good budget TV.

Also, people who are talking are not as clear as previous TV. Haven’t figured out how to get better clarity of speech.

You can adjust brightness levels by following these steps:
Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Brightness
Also, please know that if you have Ambient Light Detection on to reduce power consumption, the TV might automatically adjust to a level that you could find to be too dark. To change the brightness, you can select Minimum Backlight to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness.

Wireless Internet Issues

Power off the television power back on it loses internet connection which I have to re-establish the connection through WPS only. It does not recognize the network name and encryption key when in put it in manually. Only accepts WPS. I like the TV I just don't like the work I have to go through. Currently working with Samsung to address the issue.
