No Longer a Fan of Samsung

If the TV comes with speakers, they should work. Period. I shouldn't have to purchase a sound bar in addition to a TV equipped with speakers. I purchased two of these TVs yesterday, and I will be returning both of these TVs today.

Dissapionted.

Picture quality is fair, the biggest issue is the auto dimming. Even when all the Eco power saving options are off. The screen dims when dark scenes come on screen. It is extremely noticeable when it switchs from dark to light. This makes it extremely difficult to calibrate color, brightness and contrast.

Died after one month of use

Since there was a time delay, it ended up sitting in the box for over a year. We were finally able set it up in February 2020. At first everything seemed fine. Then after a little over a month, it simple stopped turning on. (We tried searching online for possible solutions as online reviews show the power source seemed to be a problem with this particular model). So it is now over the manufacturer's warranty and we did not purchase the extended warranty from Best Buy. So we are basically out our purchase price of $279.00. With all the positive reviews, I was expecting a much higher quality product from Samsung... certainly more than a months worth! Lesson learned...don't just look at all the positive reviews. Study the negative ones as well! Don't be dazzled by a high star rating!

Washed out looking picture.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Colors aren't very vivid no matter the settings you adjust, clarity and definition are so-so, and it's not 120hz but 60hz, don't let the 120hz motion rate naming scheme fool you. As for the rest of the TV like Smart Hub and the tuner I don't use them and can't really comment on them as I use it as a monitor for my PC.
