    Although everything with this television was great, after about a week it stopped working. Tech was supposed to come out and look at it but never followed up. Going to have to lug it back to the store for a replacement. Maybe I just got a lemon.

    Wanted an LG but gave samsung a try after the sales guy talked me into it, plus I saw positive reviews on this. Picture looks ok if you can get an App to work. Sling tv freezes and prime video does not even load a movie. Taking this back. I waited a bit to see if the problem would go away turning it on and off and waiting a few days but no luck. Do not get this tv, apps do not work properly.

    I bought this TV during Black Friday sale on Nov. 24 of 2018. Fast forward one year later to Black Friday on Nov. 29 of 2019, the screen has stopped working. It appears that the back-light that keeps the screen lit has malfunctioned so now all I see is a black screen. I'm very disappointed since Samsung products usually work very well but this is the second Samsung TV that I am having issues with. I will have to purchase another TV but will not be picking up another Samsung model unfortunately. The TV was good while it lasted.

    For the price range, the tv is ok. It meets the standard of expectations for the price. But if you need great stronger visual screen? Go OLED. This tv looks great overall and performs, but is not as bright as OLED. if you can afford the price range? Go OLED. avoid this.

    This review being submitted 13 months after purchase. Turned TV on today and started smoking. Would not turn on after incident. Did not purchase protection plan unfortunately. Past return period and the 1 year manufacturer's warranty by a little over a month. Have purchased several Samsung products over the years and still have very first flat screen purchased which was a Samsung that works fine. Would definitely NOT recommend this product! Great while it worked but, now just garbage. No luck from either Best Buy or Samsung when trying to get them to replace it since manufacturer's warranty expired 10/18/20. Last Samsung product I will purchase and more than likely will not purchase replacement from Best Buy.

    Nice tv, nice holiday sale price, ease of set up, but the remote!! This version of tv is not compatible to use as your only universal remote like the other Samsung I have. Somehow that wasn’t quite explained in the manual. I hate using 2 remotes! I’m going to pack back up and take back...

    This TV dose not support 5Ghz WiFi!. Very disappointed! 4K TV now day’s should be able to see and connect to and 802.11ac router. Or at least 802.11n 5ghz. The TV only is able to see 2.4 802.11 Huge mistake by Samsung.
