    I bought an open box TV of which was okay that it didn’t come with documentation but upon arriving at home, there was no remote, tv stand or power cord. Upon powering on, the screen glitches towards the far right. Nothing can be done according to Best Buy associates

    The tv is great I’m very disappointed with the sound I’ve own other Samsung’s but the sound on this one is terrible. I don’t want to buy a sound bar and thinking about getting a different brand

    I am unpleased i ordered a 43 inch the box says and measures 43 inch but the TV ot self is 38. So customer service sent another tv but it's not as it says it is. If it says 43 inch I would assume that the tv itself would measure 43 inch. Not 38.

    I bought this tv on 6/23/19 and it just turned off by itself as we were getting ready for movie night and it won’t turn back on. This is very disappointing given that’s it’s been a few months over a year that I bought it. It has given no other issues that would have led me to think that it would give out. I won’t comment on anything else because it’s upsetting that I buy a device that I expect to last minimum 10 yrs. with no problems and here I am a little over a year later figuring out whether to waste money repairing it or buying a new one. Both ways I’m having to spend more money.

    This is the worst tv I've ever owned. Everything looks artificial. It's like watching the old soap opera format. Unfortunately for me, it was a Christmas present and I just had it installed last week. I'm not able to exchange it. What you experience in the store is nothing like what you see in a home setting. I'm hauling it to the transfer station next week for disposal. It's worth the $25.00 fee to get rid of it.

    This TV does not match the Samsung quality that was used to. I called, they determined the remote was bad, that was two months ago and still have not received it. I will never buy a low priced Samsung TV again.

    Terrible TV. I've had an older Samsung that worked well, still works to this day, albeit a bit slow if using the embedded apps/software, but works. This one died within 18mon, unfortunately Samsung gives a paltry 12mon warranty as they know they cannot stand behind their products and keep the business alive. Vizio, I think, gives a 3yr warranty, and if so we will be going to them. The quality of the sound and picture on the Samsung is nothing great.

    Bloat wear that screws up the smart hub

    I have 3 other samsungs and love them. This one has some bloat wear that will kick you off the spectrum or other tv app and tv plus goes on. You can't delete it or block it. TV is really useless and irritating.

      Please know that Spectrum released an update for their app (Ver 9.3.0) on Sep. 17, which should have automatically downloaded to your NU6900.

    It’s also very slow in regard to WiFi and the picture quality is subpar. I ultimately had to return as it became too jarring going back and forth from my Sony tv to this one

    I have 3 TVs one Samsung older model which is awesome. I have a no brand that is good. I have this Samsung piece of garbage. I tried to set up a Samsung dvd on this tv and it would not work. I ordered all kinds of adapters as I thought the older DVD player was the problem. I set it up on the no brand tv and the old Samsung. It also shuts off every night for no reason. I will return it asap

    I'd give it no stars. Twice has the technician been out to my place to swap the hard drive on this thing and it STILL doesn't work. First my digital antenna wasn't communicating with my TV and now that THATS been fixed it's just constantly turning on and off. It's only been eight months and it is now a piece of garbage. I cannot believe I spend money, not a whole lot, but I may have to either spend MORE money on repairs or get a new one. EXTREMELY disappointed!

    I got a defective one. The speakers were busted and rattled the second I turned it on. Probably just got a dud but still makes me have to give it a low rating

    Just expected better from Samsung, even if it was on sale. The wireless connection does not work and it was 14 days after the sale so too late to return.

    You get what you pay for, you want something cheap that won’t last 3+ years, this is your tv, it worked good until it didn’t turned on anymore, I was skeptical about buying samsung products before of quality concerns, and decided to give it a try, lesson learned. I have a Sony tv that is as old as my 10 year old daughter, it was an open box item and still works. Unbelievable I know.
