Your router location and distance from the TV are important considerations -- having them both on the same floor with minimal interference blocking the signal (like a wall, etc.) will improve connection. You may also want to try wired LAN, if possible, since the connection will be faster and more reliable.

Worse tv ever

I turn it on and the picture is frozen so i would have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to work. I shouldnt have to be doing that every time i wanna watch tv. It had trouble with my network, none of the apps would work but on my other tv they did. It also has a weird kind of burnt plastic smell every time i would use it, doesnt seem safe. I am returning this junk and getting a 7 series.

TV was great until it stopped working

No damage sustained, it just started flickering and turning on/off on its own before giving out entirely. Buy at your own risk if you want to get more than a year out of what was then a $300+ TV.

Not even a year old!!

For the past 2 months it has been turning off or stated that the HDMI cable was not connecting. Within the last month or so it needs to be unplugged then it will actually turn on, when I use the remote. As of today, it will intermittently turn on once it is unplugged for at least 15 minutes. Not sure how much longer I will actually have a TV. Very disappointed.

No luck w/ this TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let's just say that after only owning this TV for the las 7 weeks and using it for no more than 24 hours (not consecutive) it just shut down and will not come back on. The screen went black (no sound or picture) and the standby light kept blinking. Just sent it to Samsung for repairs.

Good size for a studio apartment

Thinking it would last a long time. Unfortunately, he has had this television for less than two years and it just quits. There is no picture or sound only a red flashing light. After trouble shooting this on YouTube I see this is a common problem. Wow. I'm starting to question the quality of Samsung products.

Nothing but issues

The Samsung hub needed updating first start up of the tv and it would not download Netflix or YouTube. I had to create accounts through Samsung and all of it was for nothing. Had the worst experience with this tv.

Don’t Buy This TV - Dead After 5 Months

However, it no longer powers on. This is my second Samsung device (1st was a blu ray player) both have been great, but have died quickly and support is ridiculous.

Software issues and mediocre picture

Twice in two days I tried opening Hulu and the TV just freezes up. Read online that you can hold the power button to hard reset the TV but not what I expect from a new TV. Returning it and going with an LG. Overall a disappointment. Every Samsung TV I've purchased has been nothing but trouble.

Bad quality horizontal line in picture

I can't find the receipt so I guess I will have to live with it.
