My 32" died the week after Black Friday. I went into the Best Buy store. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to educate me so I could find the right TV for me. The picture is so crystal clear I can see details I never had noticed, even on shows I've watched a zillion times. The price was so competitive, I went for the 43" instead of another 32". Great value for a great picture for a casual TV viewer.

Using in bedroom and picture is very clear and crisp from 20-25 feet away . Very easy to program.

This 4K TV is absolutely wonderful and the colors are very vivid. Worth every penny spent on it.

Picture quality is great. Seems to be just as good as my 8 series Samsung 4k but half the price. I only wish the speakers were as good. They sound like cell phone speakers compared to my 8 series, which I don’t understand since that tv is much much thinner, you’d think Samsung couldve dropped something decent in there. I guess that’s where the price difference comes in. Now I’m shopping for a sound bar to make up for it.

Great picture, easy setup. Used in a bedroom, but would be great in a home office or kids room.

The TV is very nice picture wise, problem is that if you use a soundbar the optical output does not always work with certain apps. Netflix and prime are the two that I have had issues with. I have seen others having the same problem online.

I actually bought two more of these for my kids. Great picture and ease of use.

The best TV that I have ever owned. The color, sound and smart TV feature is FANTASTIC.

This TV was a huge upgrade from my 720p tv. The picture quality is excellent, I been watching Avengers Infinty War, and Aquaman on 4k and it looks stunning. Especially with the HDR functionality. The TV even includes game mode for low input lag when your playing a game. It also has alot of built in apps like Netflix, Amazon prime, YouTube, among others. Sound is pretty good too. Overall, it was great package.

I was so excited to finally upgrade my tv for a bigger screen and better picture. Set up was easy enough, picture looked great and I was pleased. The remote is maddening! It just doesn’t make any sense and i consider myself fairly intelligent. If it had not been for the decent picture quality, I would’ve packed it up and brought it back immediately. First, I tried to watch the spectrum app. Within 20 minutes into a show the tv had gone back to the home screen on it’s own 4 times! Do you know how annoying it is to have to restart the app, navigate to what you were watching and resume? I gave up and tried netflix, same issues during a movie. Read a book instead. Yesterday I decided to connect the tv to the router directly with an ethernet cable, thinking it may be a wifi issue. Nope, not the problem. It’s like the tv has a mind of it’s own and does whatever it feels like! I am Going to try the update and see if that resolves the issues, otherwise, it’s going back.

Excellent picture and easy to use. As always, Samsung never disapoints with their products.
