Almost EVERY app I've tried to use (Directv Now, Hulu, etc.) has the OLD APP / SOFTWARE and CANNOT be updated!!! I would definitely return this TV if I could. DO NOT BUY!!!

Poor picture quality

Only last 2 1/2 years

The part to fix the tv was $60 more than the actual cost of the tv. Giant piece of junk. Save your money and buy an LG or a Visio.

Very pleased with this tv!

The picture is phenomenal; check out a 4k video online, it's stunning on this tv. Easy to use navigation and settings. I've noticed no flaws in the picture that others mention with other TV's (fading around the edges or corners, shimmering, bright spots, ...). The tv seemed to 'learn' shortcuts just as I did while learning to navigate it. Huge value for the price, IMO. The internal speakers sound tinny and occasionally fuzzy but I, like many, have given up on high expectations from the little, internal, down and rear firing speakers on flat screen TV's. Video and features are their strong point. A $100 (on sale for less) sound bar totally transformed the sound experience. I'm considering picking up a second tv of this make and model; it's a keeper at our house.

Sine we’ve had it, it hasn’t been used much because Spectrum can’t get the App for the UHD TV working properly .... very frustrating. Considering a return and purchase of a non-UHD TV ☹️

Please know that Spectrum released an update for their app (Ver 9.3.0) on Sep. 17. This new version should resolve your app issues.
