    This is TV is worst item I have ever purchased with bestbuy. I always love Samsung products but this one is a waist. In 7 days in a week, it may work 2 days. I just wish I put Geek quad protection on. Waist of my money.

    Good entry level 4k HDR

    Picture is very good, especially with HDR content. On 4k UHD it can be difficult to see a comparison with 1080p for a screen this size (43 inches). Remember when it comes to 4k UHD bigger is better. That being said some of the picture settings need fine tuned to not look over exposed or too bright. But, after a little fidgeting I was able to get a more than acceptable picture. This doesn't bother me due to my experience but may annoy someone with less video tech experience. Sound is about on par for a TV of this price and is perfectly adequate for normal TV watching. If you want to get a good movie or game experience consider hooking it up to a good home theater system with a subwoofer, as the bass is severely lacking. I also noticed a rather large variation in volume at times when commercials would come on causing me to scramble for the volume button on the remote. Speaking of the remote... It seems Samsung has spent little time refining their remotes over the past 6 or 7 years as the one included is visually identical to my previous 1080p Samsung 39 inch model. Where I would like to see them improve is to ditch the IR style remote and progress toward RF for ALL of their TV lines. It can't be all that expensive to do since both of my inexpensive streaming modules include RF remotes. And speaking of streaming. The included streaming apps were just as fast and responsive as the ones included on my Fire TV Stick 4k. Kudos to Samsung for that as many other TV's and smart HT devices seem to struggle with it. Overall, this was a very good purchase for me and my family especially for the price I purchased it at (well under $300). It's far from perfect but it does the job exceedingly well for it's price point.

    I have to restart this t.v. On a daily basis. I’ve called Samsung twice for a 45 minute technical support bunny hole. I’m taking it back it’s a peice of junk

    constantly had to unplug and replug this thing in (about once every other week) for it to work. It died after having it for 1.5 years. Black screen and no help from Samsung. Will not purchase from them again.

    This tv sucks for adults,I though the tv was like my Samsung 6500 series but the 6500 has more options than the 6900 more tv inputs,wireless capabilities just better all around.

    Great picture however out of the box the speaker is blown. Very distorted and crackly. Now i need to take it back to the store. I will tey another one because it has all the features i wanted, just hope this was a fluke.

    Good little tv until it would not turn on, two months after warranty expired. Samsung might be resting on laurels. Repair more than new tv. I plan to buy a different brand next.

    Bought this to be used as a computer monitor and had issues with the aspect ratio when trying to play 1080p games on a 4k t.v it has limited setting to help solve this problem so I retured the t.v.

    Bought as a Christmas present for my mother. Six months later, the tv is dead. No longer turns on. Now to start the process of dealing with Samsung on their disappointing product.
