Customers are saying

Customers admire the Hisense TV for its exceptional picture quality, easy setup process, and reasonable price point. Many users have praised the TV's size as being just right for smaller spaces like bedrooms. While some users have experienced minor issues with the remote control, durability, power, and short lifespan, the overall positive feedback suggests that the Hisense TV offers great value for its price.

My smart TV is the dumbest I’ve ever had. It doesn’t support the xfinity app as advertised and must be remotely reset every time I turn it on. I want my money back!

    Great TV for Great Price

This TV is really great for the low price. The picture quality is really good, it was easy to set up, and it's nice to be able to watch Netflix and YouTube without having to use a secondary device. The sound isnt too bad but would recommend a sound bar, which I think is common for most TVs. It does black out for a few seconds on menu screens (has only happened when browsing through Netflix menu) but no issues with that happening during shows or videos. Also this model is much lighter than the last Samsung I had (which lasted almost a decade), so would feel more comfortable if I wanted to mount it to the wall. I would recommend this TV as being completely worth the super low price.

Samsung would not register product with excuse that it is over 3 years old and it was purchased outside the United States. Must be a black market TV.

Ok! this tv has one major flaw but i know a fix!

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

(read bottom for fix) So let me start off by saying i bought this on black friday beacuse i bought an xbox one x and i wanted to play in 4k. At first it was amazing. (great picture you just have to enable hdr 10 and etc on devices) Of course you need to set it to your preferred picture settings like any tv. The menu can be annoying at first but like anything you will figure it out and get use to it! so the major flaw is that after a couple months of owning it i came home one day after work and i clicked the power button on the tv, the red light turned off and stayed off. i thought like everyone ok maybe its the outlet and etc. anyways i ended up taking this thing apart and testing the panel the power supply everything! and it was all tip top after fiddling around with the tv open it would eventually turn, but be super hot super quick. i thought hell let me update the firmware real quick and i did. TV worked great all day turned it off and guess what? it wouldnt turn back on. i gave up for months and just used my old tv before realizing that i invested several hundred dollars and i was determined to get it to work! OK so after that long story the fix is; to fix if the tv is not turning on and showing no picture or the the power button blink 3xs in a row or something like that. FIX: it has something to do with the HDMI inputs and the tv's feature to auto turn on when you turn a device on (which its never done for me but apparently thats a thing) all you have to do is turn on your device (xbox, fire stick, roku, etc) and keep switching the dang inputs and pressing source on your remote. (remember that when the tv red light is off the tv is on so make sure the red light is off) just keep switching those inputs while devices are on and finally the red light will go solid. Now on the remote click power! it seems to happen when i manually hit the power button on tv. there is an issue with the software and it bugs out (i think) but dont be me and take your tv apart a million times only to scratch the ribbon cord by the power button... it always works for me and there is others that explain it better but i had to do a lot of digging before i found that answer. a lot people will tell you that the panel is bad or the power supply or this or that. i guarantee you its not. just switch the hdmi ports while the plugged in device is on, and try unplugging it and plugging it back in and press power as soon as that red light appears! good luck
