I've had this tv for a little while now and it is very nice. Great color!

Go to tv. Have had it going on 5 years and no plans to replace it.

Had this since November 22nd, 2018. Has had its issues, but now the tv will not allow my to access the home menu. So after 6 years, i have to get a new one.

Got one as a pre XMAS gift. Great basic TV for the money. BUT There are a few bodies buried in this TV. It has a good picture all though limited picture settings. No GAME or SPORTS setting. You have to dig deep in the picture setting and do manual changes like "Jutter" setting if you want to watch fast sports. I could do the firmware update over wifi but make sure you have the store show you how to get to the update screen. Not hard, but...The biggest gripe I have is that if you want to stream from a website like NBCSPORTSGOLD, it will freeze up in four mintues. Samsung admits the onboard browser doesnt have enough flash memory so you have to stream from one of the many bloatware apps. It does seem to stream Youtube well. And that is one of the bloatware apps. BTW, the apps appear anytime you change a setting and you have to hit the home button to make them go away. If you want to just watch a dvd and feed the player into an HDMI port, this tv looks great for $279. Fast sports? WATCH ONE IN THE STORE WITH THE SPORT YOU LIKE FIRST. And make sure you have a plug in keyboard to use to set up the TV cause you are NOT gonna like the on board keyboard.

My friend suggests me to get 4K uhd when I was looking for a larger screen size. I went for this one as it was under my budget compromising the screen size. But I am greatly satisfied with the display and took off all other wants . The smart view from mobile casting is an added advantage. I totally love it !!

Great TV so far with price and picture quality. If you use Hulu to stream live TV though, it does not work, A known issue that Samsung admits , not sure if they are fixing or not. OK if you are using an apple TV but wont support it with the Smart Hub

First TV I’ve boughten for our bedroom and I could not have made a better choice!!! Perfect size not too big, not too small, and the 4K quality is amazing! Would definitely recommend!

The picture is great and the setup was super easy. The only thing I don't like is this model TV is not able to download a particular app for watching christian movies which is slightly disappointing. Hopefully they will include this TV on the next software update

The Tv Is pretty good i got it about four years ago and the quality has not dropped. Can’t say much about sound quality because I purchased it with a Samsung sound bar.

this was a decent TV for the price but the volume seems to max out at a certain level and even though the number gets higher, the volume gets no louder.

Really surprised with quality of picture. Purchased for another place we have. Big step-up from my main 1080p TV at home.

IF you know how to set up the TV, it is terrific. Good sound, great 4k TV. Only thing missing is a third HDMI port, newer WIFI technology, bluetooth, and the shading. However, for the price, this is to be expected.

Purchased this TV on Black Friday and picked it up the following day. We took it home and started setting it up. The picture was nice and clear and the set up was quick. However -- just as we were settling into some Jeopardy on Netflix -- the TV's screen turned black and then turned itself off and on. This happened 5 times in the next 10 minutes, while I was on the phone with Samsung. The Samsung CS person said to take it back and exchange it for another one, not even trying to help us trouble shoot. Now, I wouldn't give the TV a 1-star for an unlucky defective product ...but when we took it back to Best Buy, we saw SIX OTHER PEOPLE returning the same exact TV (specifically the 43 inch one). Samsung is making a cheaper product and there are serious issues with it. We exchanged it for the 43 in. LG and it seems to be working well.

This is my first 4K TV. it is being used in my Kitchen and I am quite happy with the picture. it is very vivid. I am using with a TV stand

My old LG died and I went and looked at this Samsung, so happy great picture and easy set up.

Like it so far, no problems. It's great. Vibrant colors, the speakers are surprisingly decent. The brightness is also pretty good.

I recently purchased this tv and specifically asked the Samsung representative at the store if this model ran Hulu Live, which he said it did. I also have the Samsung 8 series which does run Hulu Live, so I believed him; which unfortunately was incorrect. The tv has a great picture, I prefer it's operating system, but it only provides Hulu (not Live). I spoke with both a Hulu and Samsung rep, and they had to timeframe for an updated Hulu app. Both said it was dependent on the developer and that I should contact them. So while I prefer my Samsung products, this tv will be returned for a different one.

Nice tv great picture quality but had two issues. At one point, the tv wouldn't stay on. I would turn it on and it would turn back off. This went on for about a week but fixed itself as I was about purchase another. Then about a month later, the volume would go to zero on it's own for no treason. Glitches I can't deal with.
