    Worst TV Ever

    I've owned dozens of TVs in my life and have never hated a tv until I purchased this one. Why? 1) The picture via wifi was 'jumpy' and would cut out constantly. I had to connect Roku to tv to solve this problem. With Roku the picture was smooth. I have outstanding wifi so the issue was the tv, not my wifi. . . 2) Worst remote ever. Poorly laid out and all buttons are the same size. You must turn on a light and look at remote to use it. Other remotes I have I can use simply by feel and they are intuitive. Again, by using Roku remote I was able to solve this problem. 3) Bloatware! Hope you like Hulu and a tv that is constantly advertising to you. Can't delete unwanted apps and they are front and center so you can't even move them to the bottom of the list. This if fine if the tv was free, but I could have paid the same price for a better tv that doesn't do this had I known. Shame on you Samsung.

    I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 13 year son for Christmas. He love playing his video game in ULtra high def. This tv was a good buy for the price.

    Avergae value for a 4k - disturbingly bad sound

    Picture good, 4k content good, nothing special. Comepletely average for that price point compared to other models. But Oy!, the sound. I understand that because the new TV low profile edge bezels are so small, the only direction for speakers and sound to go it backward or down. But these are super tinny, like in a cave. Not willing to spend another $125+ for a soundbar to fix sound - that shouldn't be an issue anyway. Samsung support had no solutions. Just crap speakers pointing downward. IF you decide to keep it, and your TV is wall mounted, if you put a piece of insulation foam or sound foam core directly on wall behind TV where speakers are (basically between wall and speakers) it will improve sound a little. It seems to remove the echoey bouncy off drywall. But again, I should have to do a DIY project rig to get something as basic as sound to be bearable. And note, Im not even really an audiophile and it is noticeable.

    The picture on the Samsung - 43" Class - LED - NU6900 is great with excellent color and clarity. The Sound is the problem. The sound is awful with voices that sound like they are in an echo chamber. Unfortunately on this TV there are very few audio adjustments and no way to adjust the treble, bass or tone.

    I purchased this TV because of the amazing Black Friday deal, but I was disappointed at the excessive backlight bleeding and cloudiness. I exchanged it a few days later for the Samsung NU71000 and the screen quality was night and day! If you just want a cheap 4K TV go for this one, but if you care about the quality, get the 7 series.

    I purchased this television for my mother who happens to be 70-something. The television was a breeze to set up, as she owns a few Samsung products already. I instantly noticed the blurry picture and horrible sound quality...BUT the remote must have been created by the devil himself! I hate the remote. Everything about the remote is absolute trash. There's a lag when loading live television. Getting to the apps isn't as easy as with other televisions and there's no way to customize the app order. This is totally a starter t.v. or something to place in a spare bedroom or garage.

    Image quality is good but as mentioned with motion the blurry visuals start to occur but overall is not bad. But after being on for 30 minutes my room begins to smell like warm plastic or something very unusual I think I'm going to have to return it.

    This TV is terrible. I have cut the cord and now use Hulu live. Upon setting up the TV I discovered it does not run the most current version of the Hulu app, does not support Hulu live, and is unable to update to the newest version of the app. The remote was also sluggish and at times unresponsive. I returned this model for the 7100 and am much happier. Don't waste your time and money on this.

    The tv is a hassle because Samsung has removed all audi0/video ports from the tv and by default you have to go through the hassle of the smart hub garbage which should be disabled by default. The tv was bought as a present for my in-laws and they have AT&T Uverse TV service. When I connected the tv to their tv service I had to reprogram one of the remote controls to even get it to work with the tv. Then trying to hook up the Vizio soundbar was impossible even through the audio/optical. Samsung denies compatibility issues but I disagree with them. I use to be a big Samsung fan but the more I see Samsung products the less I like them! Save your money and buy a tv that is worth it!

    Terrible. Will be returning. The TV only gives me the agreements and apps in Chinese and everything else in English, so even when I set the language to English it won't let me change that. Additionally, since the apps are set to China, it will only show me limited apps and that does not include hulu, netlfix or amazon (the only things I was going to use the TV for. Additionally, when I tried to contact Samsung Support they never got back to me. Definitely will not be purchasing Samsung products again.

    4k looks ok for the price but tv has trouble catching up to video. Fast action motion scenes in movies look bad. Tv can not keep up. You get a lot of shadow,judder. Changed settings but no improvement. Refresh rate is horrible. My 1080p led 240 hz motion flow does a better job. Will return and try a higher end model.

    No Hulu Live

    We just ditched cable and switched to Hulu. I was extremely disappointed that this specific model is not compatible with Hulu Live. You can watch Hulu but not live. Will be returning this TV.
